THE CHECKLISTS ($98)

I cannot overemphasize how badly you need to stay on top of the operations of your business. It will save you time, money, and additional resources later—only if you are diligent and organized now. To get you off to a healthy start, I’m including my cleaning checklist, property management checklist, business registration checklist and unit set-up checklist.
