The company shall not be held liable for any such omissions, and retroactive application of discount codes or refund requests based on failure to enter the code correctly will be denied.

You will have lifetime access to the program and any future changes at no further cost. Access is granted to the program immediately upon purchase. If you choose not to access the course, this does not constitute a refund as delivery obligations have been met. If you entered the incorrect email, this also does not constitute a refund. Please send us an email at support@sevenfigurehost.com and we will update the email for you to help with your access within 2 business days.

Results vary based upon individual effort implemented using the information concluded within this guided program. Digital products are all knowledge-based and there is no way to reverse knowledge once learned, therefore this course is non-refundable.

The Kickstart is a live event. Due to the limited seating offered, there will be no refunds and all sales are final. Please make all effort to attend.

The Academy (Community)

The Academy (community) is accessed through an Identification Verification Process. You will be asked to provide federal identification that confirms the identity provided on the payment method. Failure to provide proper identification will result in delays to your approval inside of the Community. Refusing to provide ID will not constitute a refund.

Monthly Subscription

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Subscription Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel anytime. When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at support@sevenfigurehost.com any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund if you cancel after the billing period; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

No refunds will be granted except in the instance of a duplicate charge. In this instance, one of the double fee is eligible for a full refund and students must send a written request to support@sevenfigurehost.com.

Purchased Upgrades.

Students who have enrolled in The Everything BNB Elite, The Everything BNB Standard Package or The BNB Program are subject to the terms of their signed contract.

Students who accidentally purchased a product or service must send a written request to support@sevenfigurehost.com within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund to be granted and MUST NOT ACCESS THE COURSE PURCHASED. No refunds will be granted after 48 hours of purchase and the course material has been viewed.

Payment Plans

To gain access to the complete Everything BNB Academy, including the full course, community and downloadable files, it is necessary to make all payments regardless of whether you have chosen the $600 or $900 payment plan.

Chargebacks and Account Consequences

In the event that a user initiates a chargeback or dispute of payment for any of our services, courses, or products, the user's access to the course and community will be immediately revoked, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback or dispute. We understand that there may be concerns or issues with our services, and we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any problems they encounter. Engaging in a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our designated channels may result in permanent removal from the course and community. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of our services and community.

Kickstart Giveaway

This Giveaway is a gift awarded by Jonnell directly to the winner who is in the Kickstart. Three (3) Winner will be announced on day 3 of the Kickstart event. SevenFigureHost, LLC Scholarship

The SevenFigureHost, LLC Scholarship is awarded by Jonnell Atkins to assist eligible individuals with operating a Short Term Rental. Please carefully read and understand the following guideline and disclaimer:

Eligibility Criteria: The scholarship is open to individuals who are enrolled in The Everything BNB Academy Private Community. Group members, must attend coaching calls, post valuable resource and be helpful towards others in the community asking questions to be eligible.

Selection Process: The selection of scholarship recipients is at the sole discretion of Jonnell Atkins. The decision is final and not subject to appeal. Jonnell Atkins and SevenFigureHost, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the scholarship program at any time without prior notice.

Funds: Scholarship funds are intended solely for short-term rental related expenses that student may have accrued and will be issued as a reimbursement of expenses student has accrued based on acquiring, and decorating a short term rental registered or operated by the student. Reimbursement may also be provided for 1x1 coaching call with Jonnell Atkins. The amount awarded is based on the sole discretion of SevenFigureHost, LLC and Jonnell Atkins and can be modified at any time without prior notice.

Non-Transferability: The scholarship is non-transferable, and recipients may not assign or transfer their award to another individual.

Publicity and Promotion: By accepting the scholarship, recipients grant SevenFigureHost, LLC/Jonnell Atkins the right to use their name, photograph, and other relevant information for promotional and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.

Compliance with Laws: Recipients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. SevenFigureHost, LLC/Jonnell Atkins is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance by applicants or recipients.

Contact Information and How to Claim: Recipients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. SevenFigureHost, LLC will communicate with recipients primarily through the contact information provided to support@sevenfigurehost.com. Recipients will have 45 days from initial email to claim scholarship or scholarship offer will be forfeited.

Disqualification: SevenFigureHost, LLC/Jonnell Atkins reserves the right to disqualify or revoke a scholarship award if the recipient fails to meet the eligibility criteria, provides false information, or engages in any unethical or inappropriate behavior.
