THE CHECKLISTS ($98)

I cannot overemphasize how badly you need to stay on top of the operations of your business. It will save you time, money, and additional resources later—only if you are diligent and organized now. To get you off to a healthy start, I’m including my cleaning checklist, property management checklist, business registration checklist and unit set-up checklist.

When it comes to building and operating a business, you have to crunch the numbers. You need a layout of what you’re going to spend, how much you expect to make, and if there are discrepancies in between. I want you to have a flourishing, profitable business so I’m including my profit calculator so that you can get on track right from the beginning.
